Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you – with the exception of return shipping costs and any additional charges (e.g. express shipping).
The refund will be made within 1–3 business days after the returned goods have been inspected, using the same payment method you originally used.

You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after declaring your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Returns

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You may arrange the return shipment yourself. If we are able to provide a return label for your country of delivery, we will be happy to do so. In that case, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

📌 No right of withdrawal applies to:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Opened or unsealed consumable items (e.g. films, photo paper, chemicals)
• Damaged or excessively used items

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers with a delivery address in Germany or another EU member state.
