I. Terms and Conditions

§1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and business customers via the online shop rolleianalog.com operated by Hans O. Mahn GmbH & Co. KG, Brookstieg 4, 22145 Stapelfeld, Germany (Phone: +49 (0)40 23700 888, Email: hello@rolleianalog.com).

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not accepted unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

A consumer within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB). A business customer is any natural or legal person or legally responsible partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction (§ 14 BGB).

§2 Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation for the customer to submit an offer.

By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when the provider accepts this offer by email confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

The ordering process takes place in several steps within the Shopify system. Customers can review and modify their data at any time before submitting the order.

The contract text is not stored permanently. Customers can print or save the order details after completing the purchase.

§3 Prices and Payment

All prices shown in the shop are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.

The prices applicable at the time of ordering apply. Promotions or discount codes are only valid during the specified period.

• Klarna
• iDeal

Certain payment methods may require a credit check by the payment provider.

§4 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled by DHL or UPS. Available shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart.

Delivery is available within Germany, to EU countries, and internationally, unless otherwise indicated in the shop.

Local pickup is possible by arrangement.

Delivery times are shown on the product page or in the cart. Customers will be informed promptly of any delays.

§5 Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.

For business customers: The provider retains ownership of the goods until all claims from the ongoing business relationship have been settled. Resale is permitted only in the normal course of business.

§6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

Return shipping costs in case of withdrawal are to be borne by the customer.

Business customers are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.

§7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

For business customers, the warranty period is 12 months from the transfer of risk. Excluded are damage claims due to intent or gross negligence and claims for injury to life, body, or health.

§8 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the provider’s registered office.

5. Prices, Payment, and Delivery Conditions

The stated prices include VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Available payment and shipping methods are selectable in the shop.

6. Liability for Defects

The statutory liability for defects applies as per §7 of these Terms and Conditions.
